Seeing a puppy dressed in a sweater is something that at first glance seems very cute and touching. But, far from being adorable, what happened with the photo of this puppy dressed forever in a sweater made everyone shed tears.
As the new year begins, many have the opportunity to bring to mind and heart happy memories of family holidays and unforgettable moments with those who love and care for them.
Unfortunately, that is what happened to the sad little dog who was hoping to be adopted and who refused to stop dreaming, dressed for weeks in a colorful green sweater.
The face of the desolate puppy speaks for itself
His name is Bobby , poor thingand a sad-looking puppy who on one fateful day was abandoned by the family he trusted so much.
Only the years left him to his own devices and as a refuge , wearing only a collar and leash, a semi-idol and a depth of despair and innocence.
Volunteers at Miami-Dade Animal Services Shelter, aware of Bobby’s sad past, thought the magic of Christmas would bring good luck to the little guy. So they dressed him in a fuzzy green sweater and posted a photo of him on their social media , with a fervent desire to find him a home.
Always remains sad in its usual corner
The days passed, Christmas was behind us , and even though Bobby’s photo went viral and many fell in love with his story, his family gave him the opportunity to have a loving home.
The reality of the furry was extremely sad and is that, if the situation activated the red code in the shelter, it was at the head of the list that only includes the dogs that will be sacrificed.
Bobby is a very intelligent little dog and the situation, rather than saddening him, devastated him completely. He knew that he was on the brink of losing his life because of the selfish selfishness of humans who could not realize how special he is.
All that was needed was a family that decided to bet on him.
“So sad. I hope you find a home very soon Bobby. You deserve all the love in the world,” the interviewee said.
Bobby looked so haggard and sad that he couldn’t even lift his little head. His eyes were almost closed from so much suffering and the only color in him was that green sweater colored with hope.
But sometimes the magic of Christmas works too slowly, and that’s what happened to this poor little dog .
Luckily, a woman came to the shelter interested in adopting Bobby , unleashing great joy and happiness on the place. Finally, Bobby had his own home!
“I am so happy for Bobby, how good that a wonderful woman came to help him. He is a miracle from heaven, he has found his home for life. I hope his parents are not allowed to have another pet,” said another interviewer.
